Sprinklr Named a Strong Performer in 2025 Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Report by Independent Research Firm

Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM), the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern enterprises, today announced that it has been named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Contact-Center-As-A- Service Platforms, Q2 2025 report. The report evaluated 10 vendors based on three categories: current offering, strategy, customer feedback.
