PMDS has announced the outcome of the rights issue, and the gross proceeds will be SEK 22m. PMDS is on track to reach positive cash flow by the year-end of 2024, and the rights issue provides growth capital for the US expansion and improves the balance sheet, supporting the gradual European expansion.
