Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a new lease agreement with Emplicure regarding a newly constructed light industrial building of 2,250 sq m on the property Librobäck 21:3 in Uppsala. The lease has a five-year term with a positive net operating income of SEK 4 million. Possession is expected to take place in April 2025.
The lease implies that the 37,300 sq m of projects that Stendörren has completed during the past six quarters, including those that will be completed during the current quarter, are leased to 95%.
