Qben Infra AB: Strong sales för Qben Construction in Norway – reaches 65 percent sales rate for launched property projects (MFN)
Qben Infra announces that its portfolio companies Team Bygg and Holtekilen Bolig, part of the Qben Construction platform, have reached an average sales rate of 65 percent for all launched projects in the companies’ respective property development portfolios. In October alone, Team Bygg and Holtekilen Bolig generated sales revenue of close to NOK 170 million.
Notably, Team Bygg has pre-sold 64 percent of the apartments at its Vesthellingen project in Asker, south of Oslo. The Vesthellingen project is a newbuild project that consists of 22 apartments – 2,000 square metres in total – plus basement with parking spaces. The successful sale includes a price record for apartments at Slemmestad in Asker, reaching an average price of NOK 108,000 per square metre for the three penthouse apartments that are part of the project.
Team Bygg and Holtekilen Bolig are part of the Qben Construction platform and together manage Qben Infra’s Norwegian real estate development projects.
