AMSC ASA - Ex dividend today

Reference is made to the Company's Q3 2024 report, regarding the Board's authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of NOK 0.60 per share to the shareholders of AMSC on record as of  6 November 2024. The shares in AMSC ASA will be traded ex dividend NOK 0.60 as from today, 5 November 2024.

The dividend will be paid on or about 12 November 2024 and is classified as a return of paid in capital.
