The company has announced that newly appointed CEO Vedran Beglerbegovic has resigned from his position as CEO for medical reasons. Johanna Norén, who has been CFO since 2020, has been appointed acting CEO. The board will begin a recruitment process for a new CEO. We view the timing of the leadership uncertainty as unfortunate, given the recent closure of the Combinostics acquisition.
